"I reached out to some friends and got a lot of suggestions for caterers, one being Shannon, she got back to me right away and as soon as we started talking I knew she was our match! We clicked right away because she wanted to help me do what I wanted and was able to afford.  She was very sensitive and understanding to our situation and took it all to heart. Shannon seriously went ABOVE and beyond to help me out with understanding not only how the food works, but the tables, the table cloths, placements, where to put everything, where to order all the things we needed. She gave us so many ideas and suggestions on how to do our wedding details and of course most importantly The Amazing FOOD! (without breaking the bank). I hired Shannon to cater the opening night of a photography exhibit in my personal studio through the recommendation of a friend.  I couldn't have been happier with having made the choice to hire her.  

During our initial planning, Shannon offered insightful suggestions for menu items, carefully helped me navigate my own doubts with regard to food choices and promptly responded to me to answer any questions I may have had prior to the event.

The moment Shannon and her assistant arrived on the night of the event, I felt immediately relieved of any worry or bother with regard to the kitchen or the food.  They were spectacular as was the food Shannon had prepared.  I never once had to speak with Shannon throughout the entire evening because of the great care and efficiency with which she operated.  The hundred guests in attendance were extremely complimentary about the dishes served as well as the service of the food.  

I highly recommend working with Shannon if you are interested in delicious food and working with someone who is attentive to their clients, lovely by nature as well as highly professional.
